The music is carried through the body to the inner ear and nervous system providing relaxation to both the mind and the body. The Dreampad will improve your sleep by reducing auditory hypersensitivities and stress. Five music programs are included and can be downloaded onto your personal device. You may play preferred music on your own device by using the connection cord within the Dreampad. This is a standard size, hypoallergenic pillow with a built-in zippered pocket for the player.
